Hi all -
Before I call my nutritionist yet again I thought I'd check in here for some feedback. This Friday I move to stage 2 of my post-op diet. This includes skim milk, Protein shakes, sugar-free pudding, no-sugar added yogurt, vegetable juice, mashed cottage cheese. My question is this: if I get a skim DECAF latte is that ok? I know decaf coffee is ok even now on my clear liquid diet but I wasn't positive on the latte front.
Thanks a bunch!
