Question for you all...

I am still in week one post-op. Yummy liquids! I know this is much too early to ask but what are your thoughts on sunflower seeds after my mushy stage? Shelled in mouth, hull spit out. It's a baseball right of passage! Any thoughts other than the fear of an unshelled hull going solo or an improperly chewed seed making a break for band land?

I would ask my Dr...

check the calorie count as well. seeds, nuts, they are healthy but can also up the calorie count especially as you can mindlessly eat way too much if you're not careful.
