Pre-op diet and exercise?

Is it okay to exercise during the pre-op diet? I start my pre-op diet tomorrow and it looks like I'll be ingesting very little calories. Is it wise to continue with my exercise regimen?

I did but it was low impact and it was for 5 min. I continue my workouts because I did not want to stop my workout routine. Also my Dr. said it was okay for me to do so.

You would want to ask your doctor to be sure what is best for you. For me my doc said walking was fine for six weeks and then I could start more intense exercise after that. Good luck.
