im so excited. it has been a long process, but worth it! I have already started my pre op diet so I can get used to the change LOL. (I don't want a fatty liver LOL)

any advise would be greatly appreciated!!

when is your surgery? the preop diet is pretty severe for many...all liquids or very little actual foods. you should not do just liquids for too long. if you are just trying to eat healthy and smaller meals, then by all means go ahead and do so to give yourself a step up. my advice is to not change too dramatically especially as you have not been banded yet otherwise you will get really hungry, cheat, and then feel bad about it. that's not the way you want to start your journey. good luck!

thanks! im not doing liquids only. I am eating healthier, learning to like yogurt and protein shakes. I am trying to practice the small bites and chewing so much....and im not to good at that! im used to eating in a hurry to get back to work or whatever.
