Need advice

Hi fellow bandsters. I have a question. If I'm not hungry, should I eat? I know most of you will probably say no, but I ask because I think that if I only eat twice a day, that I will not lose weight. My situation is that since my last fill, I rarely feel hunger. I try to eat three times a day, but I really don't need to, but I worry about my metabolism.

Thanks carolinagirl. I was thinking that if I ate without hunger that I will just be adding unnecessary calories to my diet.

Thanks guy. I agree with you.

Agree with "not hungry - don't eat" BUT don't let yourself get too hungry! It's difficult to eat slowly and chew thoroughly when on the brink of starvation!
