This too, shall pass. When you start getting your fills it should get easier. I thrived on sugar free Jello and sugar free Popsicles when I got super hungry and I drank a lot of Crystal Light because I was on Clear liquids the first week. I know we all want it to happen it a hurry but it takes time to adjust to your new band. Good luck!

this is what is known as bandster hell. It's the period between surgery and the greenzone where the band is placed but because it is not filled to the proper level, is not controlling hunger as it should. Just stick with it and keep your head in the game and you will be past it in no time.

Your experience is completely normal, as dawalsh said ....once you start getting fills it will get better, also being seven days out you should still be on a restricted diet, - I found just being able to have a larger variety of food choices helped a lot. Best of luck on your journey!

hang in there it will be worth it.
