Full signals?

Hi,

Just wondering if people could post what their full signals are? I often get hiccups after I've eaten too much, but I'm still looking for what those more subtle "before" sign could be.

Thanks for your input!

I get the sniffles and if I ignore them I get the hiccups which is moments away from a stuck episode sometimes.

I get what I call "hiccurps". It's a combination of a hiccup and a burp. I get about a half dozen of them after every meal. It's kinda funny because my kids will go "welp mom's done!" because they know when I hiccurp I'm done with the meal lol.

i eat slow also. I have found that i can just tell. My friend lets out a sign unintentionally and she knows she is done.

I found out I let a a BIG growl/burp LOL

I've never felt "Full" with the band....it's much different than that.

Ok. So at least I know my hiccups are normal. I don't get them everytime though.
