Daily menu planing guide

Hello everyone,

I've gone nuts wondering if there is a daily menu planner or weekly when I get to regular food stage (next week)? I use my fitness to log my calories but I was curious if anyone can recommend a menu plan. I've found ones that give you better food choice & create a shopping list with recipes ideas but not one that's geared to wls. So confused. Help!!!
