A week?? Oh my! I really hope mine doesnt last too long. Have you done anything else besides walking and taking gas -x?

A heating pad helps a lot.. I tried taking tums, gas x it helped a little bit. whenever you are not walking or sleeping put the heating pad on in bed or in a chair.

The only gas pain I had was in m left shoulder. It lasted for 3 days. I used a heating pad and the "Magic Bag" you put in the microwave... both really helped. Walking also helped with the shoulder pain. I had no other issues after day 3.

Hang in there... it does get better!!!
