Now I'm losing eyelashes sheesh

Is it not bad enough that I'm losing hair like crazy but now I'm losing eye lashes as well. I've uped my protein, even added a protein shake to my diet, I take biotin, I'm just at a loss. 1 yr and 1 month post op.
