Gas pain

Ok I have tried gas x, heating pad and walking and I still sound like a ripe melon if you thump my stomach! I can seem to pass the lower gas just fine but I still can not burp very well! I feel like I have to burp but nothing cord out, I just get this rushing pain in my chest and shoulder that lasts for just seconds. Anyone have a remedy?

Walking has worked for me. I also heard someone doing a yoga pose almost like child's pose so your butt is highest point and that helped her. Would be careful of stomach in that pose tho. Good luck!
