Never got stuck

Been banded 5 weeks and never had a stuck episode. I'm in the green zone and consuming 800-1200 cal per day with 60-80g protein. I do cardio 3-4 times per week. Is this normal about not getting any food stuck? I chew real real well.

Those of us who get stuck and stuck often are probably just pig headed and take longer to learn :P . When I was losing it wasn't uncommon for me. I would try new foods or forget I have a band and eat too fast, or just swallow something fast coz I was hungry. I've also been too tight on occasion and that means stuck on EVERYTHING. Just yesterday I had goat curry and after one bite I was like  so good work never getting to that point!

End of the day it's the BEST thing I've ever done. So far I have gone from this first pic to the second one with no stresses.

Wow looking good Pygo!! Keep up the great work!

Yes this is normal. This is how band life should be. You are doing great, don't change a thing.
