I got stuck :(

I was eating chicken and I didn't chew right, it got stuck and then came back up. I have never had this happen and I feel fine but I'm worried. What should I do?

I hope you are learning that getting stuck' date=' sliming and vomiting are not good with the band. Continuing this could cause real problems with your band. Please learn from this and either eat smaller bites slower or get a slight unfill. It is not worth having real problems down the road.[/quote']

Oh I have definitely learned from my experience. I have yet to eat chicken again out of fear but I will one day. I have no issues with anything else but I am also doing as I should now. Taking my time, taking small small bites and chewing chewing chewing. :)

Be Happy!

Know your band is working which will only lead to success....and know this is all part of the learning curve and you just learned a big important lesson....

I would be more concerned, if after all this time, I never got stuck....as though there is no band at all and it was all a lie!
