Take 2...The Second Time Around-Band Replacement

Today is day 2 post op of my band replacement and hiatial hernia repair. I was originally banded October 2010 but due to excessive vomiting and "tight" issues I decided to do a "do-over" based on dr recommendations. I lost 30 lbs the 1st go round. Hoping to accomplish 70 lbs this time!

I was released from hospital today after my upper GI shows all went well. I'm a little sore but not hurting to bad. Definitely need to see progress this time around. My 1st time I had a lot of issues which made me think I had a slip early on and wasn't accurately diagnosed. I trust my Doctor and have confidence in him just wonder if this should have been repaired some time ago.

Making a commitment to myself right now to eat better and stick to liquids as long as possible. Definitely looking for support from those who had to do a replacement surgery.
