Soft Food Phase

Just had my 2 week post-op and............................The doc was extremely happy! I stuck to the recommended program to a T and have lost 26 lbs. I was never hungry at all for the 2 weeks of full liquid diet. I am now cleared to exercise more (still have to watch the heavy lifting for another week) and I am able to move on to the Soft Food Phase! So, here is my question for you all........ What foods do you recommend/like on this phase?

Refried beans, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes. I used to make this thing called mushie lasagna that I liked. You take low fat ricotta cheese and put some garlic powder on it, top it with spaghetti
