Protein Powder

I've attached a picture of this protein powder I picked up from Hi Health. I LOVE it! It does not have a gritty texture and doesn't taste fowl. I mixed it with my sugar free "kool-aid" and it tastes fabulous! I think I just found my replacement for the Atkins protein shakes. I was gagging on them since surgery.

Aren't you on clear liquids? Don't know much about most protein powders, but most are not considered clear liquids. Slow down unless your surgeon authorized it!
