Crazy Orange pee?

Okay, I'm thinking I might be dehydrated...my urine is totally orange...I'm not feeling the greatest and I'm afraid I'm getting dehydrated any suggestions?

    It's probably dehydration, however if it continues see your doctor. It could be something else.

  • Drink lots more, at least 64 ounces of hydrating liquids daily. This does not include protein shakes.
