Okay, I'm thinking I might be dehydrated...my urine is totally orange...I'm not feeling the greatest and I'm afraid I'm getting dehydrated any suggestions?

    You are definitely dehydrated. You really need to drink more. Bad things can happen when you get dehydrated. Good luck!

    Drink lots more, at least 64 ounces of hydrating liquids daily. This does not include protein shakes.
