Does anybody have trouble eating white rice with brown sauce? I want to have some.

I don't but eat slowly and eat maybe 1/4 cup and see how well you tolerate it. Good Luck and Happy Eating :)

I suspect my band is set on the loose side.... I can tolerate almost any foods, and I did sample some pork fried rice a few weeks back without problems. I had maybe a quarter of a cup, spread over two meals. I love rice, but I haven't tried many processed carbs since surgery.

I can eat rice, but not a lot of it. Maybe 1/4 cup. Try it and take it slow. Everybody's experience is different. Good luck!

I would L-O-V-E some Chinese food, however, I am trying my hardest to stay away from carbs, and the few times I have had rice, it did not agree with me. Good luck, just take it easy to see what you are able to tolerate with the band!

Yes, I love Chinese food. Just take your time and chew, chew, chew. Enjoy.
