How long ??

Just wondering how long it takes to eat. My doctor says it should take 30-40 mins!! I could be done in 15-20!! Comments ?

    whether I am done or not, my dr advised me to stop at 20 min mark (and its been a year banded and 20 min is a long time when you eat...never realized that before...usually it was inhaled within 5 minutes)

    I know what you mean about eating in five minutes :). I use to call myself Hoover cuz I just sucked it all in LOL!!!

    I just can't see myself eating for longer than 20 which is what I did today and I was very satisfied.
