Preop diet surgery July 5

Finding the pre-op diet a little challenging on days, i am allowed two shakes and one meal a day between 600 to 800 cal it's hard but it's worth it because I can do it ! and the surgery is not yo far away. I would like any tips or tricks or good suggestions for filler foods maybe for a snack that's not that many calories, I would love to hear your suggestions
