  4. Nervous hoping all pre-op testing goes well been on pre- op diet for a month ....down 30 pounds I just want everything to go good well, safe and I have never been so anxious
  5. I have done the celery sticks Carrots I will try I thought they were full of sugar. Can't do dairy

Finding the pre-op diet a little challenging on days, i am allowed two shakes and one meal a day between 600 to 800 cal it's hard but it's worth it because I can do it ! and the surgery is not yo far away. I would like any tips or tricks or good suggestions for filler foods maybe for a snack that's not that many calories, I would love to hear your suggestions
  8. I am starting my diet so I can have surgery. My Dr is having me lose 40 pounds before he operates. I have 6 weeks he gave me shakes and HCG. I started today. Is this normal for everyone to do first????
