Spanx or band???

Hello everyone! I was banded 01/24/13. Down 35 lbs. Today I decided to dress up but I needed to wear a spanx to accomplish the look. I don't know if its the spanx or band, but I have not been able to keep food down all day. Hopefully when I take off the spanx I'll be able to eat.

Spanx could be squeezing in the wrong places.

I'm not sure because when I sing in contest (I'm a Sweet Adeline) we have to wear an all in one. I can't wear the all in one but I do wear the high wasted Spanx. It was tight but once I took the Spanx off I was fine.
