I'm back...

  • Popular Post

Well the surgery went well. I'm at home now, I've been sleeping for an hour and then walking around and then I lay back down for an hour and so on . I had a small hernia that needed repairing, so my doc fixed that. So I guess I'm a little bit more sore than I would have been without the repair. I have pain in my left shoulder which I was prepared for and of course some gas. It did not seem to effect my appetite, I'm hungry, but all I can have is liquids, I do seem to get full faster even on the liquids. The pain does not seem to be to severe so that is good. I am tired though. So I just wanted to touch base with you all. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I'm going to go for now. Thanks for being there you all.

~~~Stephanie
    Welcome to the other side!
  • Stephanie - congrats! I'm glad to hear that things went well Rest is the best thing right now; that, and walking to help the shoulder pain. Hopefully that won't stay with you for very long. K
