I've been banded 3weeks & I've had an adjustment (3.5cc in band) My dietician says stick to 1000-1200 calories a day. I get in exercise & I track my intake, take vitamins, etc. But I'm able to eat the calories & it seems to be more then 1 cup of food @ a Time & it doesn't keep me full 5hrs or longer. I'm getting a lot of protein. But I'm afraid I'm not gonna drop any pounds. What can I do? Should I get another fill? My only restriction is bread. Other then that I can have whatever thus far.
