tightness feeling...

I am 7 days opt and my journey has been great... no need of any medications.. but today I woke up feeling tightness in the middle of my chest... as if I have on a tight wired bra... I did sleep on my sides for the first time last night not sure if that has anything to do with it...

Concerned.. is this normal?
