Can i eat cabbage

I am in my 3 week post op and I am on soft foods. Is cooked cabbage classed as a soft food???

you should be ok if its soft but it's mostly water so it may not fill you up for long. just chew really well :)

I will warn you, It will give you tons of gas! Had sum yesterday off the grill. It was yummy but i paid for it dearly!

I was allowed it. I steamed it until very soft and mushed it with my fork. Like the above said, it may give you gas, so you may want to take some beano before hand to prevent stomach swelling and pain.
