-1.5lbs a week. More please!

I have been banded for 6 months and I have lost appox 36lbs. I eat 1000-1200 calories a day and I do Cardio 5 days a week for about an hour. I wear a heart rate monitor and work out until I've lost at least 800 calories, which usually takes an hour. I've been consistently losing 1.5 lbs a week since my last fill and I feel I'm in the green zone. I know 1.5 a week is good and its been continuous, but I would like to lose at least 2lbs a week which is still considered a healthy weight loss. Any ideas? I'm up for anything!!

You must burn off 7,000 calories/wk more than you consume. So, you need to create a daily deficit of 1,000 calories. If your natural metabolism is 1800 calories a day, less 1200 consumed, less 600 burned(5 days) = 1200/day.

You should be losing 2 lbs a week now. Mind you, thats 2 lbs of fat but if you're replacing fat with muscle, the scale may not reflect this. Only you would know if your clothes fit looser or you actually measure inches lost?

The scale does not differentiate fat from muscle.
