  3. I had surgery 11/15/2012 and had 3cc put in during surgery. I have had 5 fills and I'm in the green zone. I have 7.2cc in my 10cc band. I love the green zone. It took me a while to get here but its HEAVEN.
  4. I have been banded for 6 months and I have lost appox 36lbs. I eat 1000-1200 calories a day and I do Cardio 5 days a week for about an hour. I wear a heart rate monitor and work out until I've lost at least 800 calories, which usually takes an hour. I've been consistently losing 1.5 lbs a week since my last fill and I feel I'm in the green zone. I know 1.5 a week is good and its been continuous, but I would like to lose at least 2lbs a week which is still considered a healthy weight loss. Any ideas? I'm up for anything!!
  5. Don't give up!! I had 6 fills before I got to the green zone. I have 7.2 in my 10cc band and I'm losing consistently. It's coming off at a rate of about 1.5lbs a week, but as long as its coming off I don't care. It took me almost six months after surgery to get to the green zone. Being patient is difficult but trust that if you listen to your dr it will work.
