Post op pop

So I made this yesterday and was in heaven. I've felt so deprived until now! I thought I'd share incase anyone else needs a pick me up.

I put 5 sugar free Popsicles in a blender with some raspberry lemonade crystal light. It's like a fruit smoothie!!!

  • Sounds good, especially because that's all I can have, liquids. So do you just use the crystal light in powder form or is it in liquid form when you add it? ~~~Stephanie

that sounds great! I am post op 6 weeks going in for my first fill tomorrow and so was not looking forward to being back on liquids for the day but I am definitely looking forward to trying that out :)

Use the crystal light already in the water. Such a treat!
