How do I change my before pic?

My before pic downloaded sideways and now I can't fix it. Any techies who can help me out?

    Does it look sideways on your computer? If so you will need to use a program such as paint to rotate it and then save it. Open again to make sure it looks right then go into your profile and upload it again.

    I rotated it for you and attached it here. Just save it to your computer now and then go upload it like you did the first time.
