Failure......but today......

  • Popular Post

So, it's been 3 years since I got my band. I started at 249.5 and today weighed in at 190.5 (my lowest was 163) but from what I have seen and heard, almost everyone either levels out, or becomes complacent and gains some back. That's me, Mz. Complacently.....who is disgusted with herself. Today is a new day, and one to make better choices. I will get back to it, one better decision at a time, and stop being so hard on myself. I refuse to be a statistic. Thank you for listening :)

The title of this thread is 100% wrong, You are not a failure. The only way you can fail is by quitting and you haven't quit. You are just a successful journey in process

  • Yes, today is a new day. Don't look back- you're not going that way.

With that attitude, how can you go wrong? Dust yourself off and look forward. You got this!!!!!!

How is everyone doing? I am on day four of l/c and doing well! My cravings are diminishing and I feel a lot better. Also am down from 190.5 to 186 this morning....I know, I know.....water weight. Less none the less ;)

Water weight is still weight that has to come off before the rest does, so GREAT JOB!!! :) I am down 3 myself. I turned all my paperwork in to my new doc and hopefully will get an adjustment for the first time in 3 years in the next couple of weeks :) I'm hoping that helps too.

HAPPY FRIDAY everyone!!!
