Omgggg gassss

Holyyyy cowwwwww. 6 days post op and the gas is craaaaaaazy. Worst part is IM IN SCHOOOOOL ! Helppppppp. LOL

Well I'm not banded yet. But I've read walk,walk,walk,and walk some more. Also gas-x may help it seems to help some, others not so much. The gas is in your abdomen not your intestinal track so they say you have to keep moving to work it into your bloodstream and organs to get it out. You can also use a heating pad that seems to help a lot of people. Good luck and congrats on your new band.

Thanks. But I'm passed that stage hahaha now it's just blurting out. I'm passed the pain and discomfort stage. Not to be so blunt but, I haven't farted in days or pooped either. And today is the day. These days any gas is heavenly and you don't wanna let up the opportunity.

However all those tactics to relieve the gas are great! Take them into consideration for when your day comes. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY.
