Starting the Journey :-)

I have my referral from my doctor and have a seminar on the 14th of May. Then time to meet the bariatric surgeon. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. I hope everything goes well and my journey will continue and change my life..

    Me too! I've did the seminar and met with the surgeon and I've gotten my psych evaluation. I've started following lots of lapbanders on Facebook and Instagram for motivation and recipes for the diets. I'm getting excited!!
