I like VitaFusion's gummy multi vitamin for adults. You can buy them at Costco. They are really tasty. Sometimes if I chew them too fast they can get stuck. I can dissolve them completely in my mouth by sucking on them. I absolutely hate vitamins. The smell and taste. These however are very, very pleasant. I could mail you a couple to taste. They hold 2012 Chef's Best Award for taste.

Seeing as I was told by my Nut. that the vitamins minerals needed to be sugar free? (not sure if that's true) I use NUTRILITE Daily Free Multi-Vit/Minerals. heres an amazon linkhttp://www.amazon.co...rilite vitamins

AND THESE ARE GLUTEN FREE ALSO

I use Centrum chewables it has less that 1g of sugars.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've looked at the packaging on the Centrum chewables. They aren't Gluten Free. I see my surgeon tomorrow and will ask. I've got to do something soon.
