Well I did it....

I went on my first walk for my exercise routine. It was around the block and took 10 min. I walked as fast as I could. I don;t know if I got my heart rate up enough, but I know my legs and back felt it. My knee did fine. I don't know about in a couple of days, but if it starts hurting I'll have to change to water aerobics. I love the water and swimming, but I DO NOT like being in a bathing suit. So, I hope I can keep up the walking. Otherwise....you know. I am proud of myself for getting out there, now to just keep it up. One day at a time. Thanks for listening.
