Pain at port?

I was banded Friday May 3rd and It seems every time I move my right arm or stand up and down the muscle the port is sitting on tenses up. Sort of burns, once I relax it goes away though. Is this a normal feeling or should I contact my doctor? Just curious.

Its normal, you only 3 days post op. i couldn't even sit down. I'm two weeks by the way and i absolutely love it. Had rough days but it gets better. Just walk. It will relieve the pain and keep taking your narcotics it helps. Just keep checking you temp and incision site, the biggest one.

Good luck, and congrats :)
