you should be losing 2 lbs a week not days. The body can hold up to 5-7 lbs of water weight. I weight myself every morning at 6 am and mark it on the calardar so I can see how it goes for me . it all

Takes a few fills to finally kick in and maintain food intake without getting hungry. Be patient and keep up your good work of eating better and exercising.

Good luck and keep up the good work

Weight loss can be slower in the beging because you are healing. The band does not make you lose weight. Its calories in verses calories burned. Make sure you are measuring and tracking everything you eat. Make sure you are drinking enough water because that definetly plays a part in keeping you satisfied. Make good food choices. High protein solids. Best of luck!!

50 lbs is great! Is that since surgery or before? Your body can go through adjustment periods and plateaus. You may need another fill or two before feeling satisfied longer between meals. The important thing is to eat your protein first and make sure you are getting plenty of it. Hang in there, more weight loss will come!
