My weight never seems to move on the scale either. I take my measurements once a month and they have changed My doctor is very happy with my loss each time I see him. I have been down each time. I weigh myself toooooo much and that is very bad. Think positive you weigh less now than one year ago. And one year from now you will be even less than now. I give myself 2 years to get to be a human weight because it took me a lot of years to be fat.
