Sunflower Seeds

I love to snack on sunflower seeds. I buy different flavors...Does anyone else snack on them?

Water chestnuts are good too!

I chew dill pickle flavor "Spitz" seeds before LB an asked Dr. after. He said no concerns but if you track your calories etc. be sure to account for them. Chewing them now as I text!! :)
