1200 Calorie Diet

I had my surgery 2/8 and feel great. Only disappointment is after my 1st fill I gained 2 lbs. I went back Tuesday and got another fill. I now have a total of 6.5 cc now. And a restricted diet of 1200 calories. Any suggestion to keep full between meals. I am using a strict calorie counter to achieve this.

Are you getting in your protein? I use an app called My Fitness Pal and I log everything I eat. My doctor wants me to get in 60-80 grams of protein each day.

Also, are you drinking enough water? It will help keep you full between meals.

Last, are you exercising? Even a slow walk is better than nothing.

Lots of liquids to keep hydrated.
