Pre op diet!

My pre op diet is a week b4 surgery and all it is is high protein low carb... I thought it was 2 weeks only clear liquid? Is mine the bad way of doing the pre op?

That's true... I just got mentally ready to be prepared to be on liquids for two week n he told me this today I was like oh ok.,,, thinking in my head is this too good to be true? Lol

My surgery was 11/28/11. 4 days after Thanksgiving and I had no pre op diet. Thankfully! I don't think I could have been a good boy. I love my dressing and gravy.

I had the high protein low carb liquid diet for 2 weeks pre-op and i lost 19lbs before surgery.It was a rough 2 weeks!!!
