Because starving or not, your body has undergone some major changes and the liquids give it time to heal. The last thing they said to me at discharge was "DO NOT VARY FROM THE DIET YOU WERE GIVEN!!!"

I am on week 3 post op and feel so hungry all the time. My post op visit was last week and the dr said drink a lot of water to satisfy my hunger. My ban is empty and I have 2 more weeks to go until my first fill. I don't want to gain any weight back. Should I just eating creamy soups and fight the hunger?
