Three Months to go !!

Soooo excited and nervous , started cut things small and practice chew chew chewing everything, I was never a fast eater but this brings new meaning to slow lol . Now to come off the Diet Pepsi ugh that should be fun :-/

That is going to be the hardest part for me, learning how to eat slowly. I am forever in a rush. That and giving up club soda. I'm not a soda drinker because I don't like the sweet syrupy taste. But I love the bubbles. :-(

That's the issue I have with pop the bubbles, but I figure it takes about two weeks to come off pop I replace with water which iOS what I need to be drinking anyway
