Need help

Anyone got any suggestions to get my addiction to sugar under control having trouble. May be from stress, but not sure. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sugar free popsicles are a life saver! They are only 15 calories a pop too. I also like the Fiberone 90 calorie bars as snacks. They have a lot of fiber. If I ever get a sweet tooth, I usually go for the popsicles though.

Thank you! I will try the Popsicles

Your welcome. Also, I forgot to mention the popsicle brand fudge pops, they are 40 calories per pop. Get the no sugar added or sugar free though.

I find that if you take sugar out of your diet you will go through withdraws (drink a lot of water) and then if you don't eat sugar the cravings go away.

That is true. I rarely crave sugars anymore. I do love my SF popsicles though.

I just had a Calcium chew because I was craving something sweet. It hit the spot!
