Why are you upset by your pictures if I may ask?

I feel your pain on that! I am still so embarrassed at my before and during pictures. I have them, I just don't know if I'm vulnerable enough to share them.

Either way, at least we are making change! Maybe one day, we will feel like we are able to post them up.

I am upset about them because I never realized just how big I had gotten

Everyone one here ir has been big or gotten out of control. Nothing to be embarressed about. I found there are no critiques on here just support. I'm embarressed of how out of control my size got but those pic I put up will remind me of what u don't want to go back to after this surgery if the lord say the same.

Dont be embarassed embrace the new you and post the pics, that way you can go back and look at what you had become and what you are now and what you will be in the end. We all were big it's no reason to be embarassed. You are doing something about it. ;)

I understand this completely. Before my surgery, I had a film crew following me around doing a show on my WLS story. I chose to do it, but once they wrapped this initial part, I realized that I don't want to watch it once it broadcasts...I think seeing myself "live" will be extremely painful. On the other hand, I know I'll be happy to have the footage when I get to my goal. Maybe I'll look at the show then.

It really is this feeling of "How did I let this happen?", isn't it?

I will admit that is it Paris. Thank you for all the comments. This really helps. My husband says don't be afraid of letting others see the photos cause I might be able to help someone else who feels like I do.
