Bad week!

I was banded on 12/14 and have done very well. 54lbs since preop started on 12/3. Got the stomach flu on Easter and didn't eat for 3 days. And then come Wednesday when I could eat I went to town and made a lot of bad decisions! Ate nothing but crap for two days and was almost in a constant state if grazing. I am determined to wake up tomorrow and be back on track and thankfully even though I dropped 5 lbs when I was sick, net net I was down .8 for the week. So I am thankful this didn't completely backfire on me! I guess this is all part of the journey but I need to get myself back on track and NOW!!!

Glad you are feeling better. And sorry for your side trade. But 54 pounds!!??

You are my idol!! I was banded 12/17 and have only lost 33 and gained 3 back. Can I ask what your fill status is? I am at 7 cc and feel no restriction.

I actually have yet to get a fill. My band is empty, perhaps it may be time for my first fill
