Pre-Op appointment today

I had my pre-op appointment today. I lost 14 pounds since my surgery on 3/20. I guess walking 1/2 mile every day is paying off. Total weight loss since starting my journey 38 lbs. Now I start my soft diet phase.

I'm having cravings out of this world. I want spaghetti so bad. If I blend it, do you think it would be ok to eat it?

You mean you had your post-op appointment today, right? lol You're doing wonderful! My doctor doesn't allow Pasta, rice, bread, etc because it's too high in carbs, it will make you feel full only tem

You mean you had your post-op appointment today, right? lol You're doing wonderful! My doctor doesn't allow Pasta, rice, bread, etc because it's too high in carbs, it will make you feel full only temporarily, and I also heard that it expands in your stomach which can cause it to get stuck. Why not try a substitute.. spaghetti squash is delicious!! I refused to give in to my "bad" cravings so early on because I didn't want to start up my bad habits again.

agree with this (the meat (balls) has more Protein and way more filling then the pasta.....
