Pain

Wow I am in horrendous pain. Whenever I eat too much it feels like someone is taking a butcher knife in my left shoulder blade and just twisting it...what do I do to make it stop?!

Measure your portions. Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, and stop eating as soon as you're no longer hungery. Don't eat until you're full just until you're satisfied. This will all assure you don't over

  • I think you answered your own question. Eat smaller portions.
