Hey I am one week post banding but last couple days my loss has been 4 pounds a day. I am following all my eating protocols, should I be worried its going too fast? What are your thoughts.

I was the same post op the first few weeks, it will slow down, as long as you're feeling good you should be ok.

  • Should be fine. Depending on your starting weight the lbs fly off at first.
