Its bien 10 days since i got banded , n i am feeling less soure.. i wana go out n walk n stretch but im scared its to early..

    First off, congratulations on your band! Second, you should consult your surgeon, but I was not told that I could not walk. My surgeon actually encouraged it! As long as your not doing an intense workout I can't see why walking would be a problem.

    congrats on the surgery. i am sure just (walking a smidge would not hurt anything) but always follows your doctors guidelines in regards to everything. best of luck
